Grot, a representative rifle, is a repeating firearm in which all reloading actions are performed manually by the user. It is a special version of the rifle based on the standard (basic) MSBS system. Similar to the combat version, it is based on the idea of modularity and consists of the following modules:
bolt carrier module trigger module barrel module stock module handguard module bolt carrier assembly module recoil device module
The main difference between the combat version and the representative version is the special barrel module, which allows firing only blank ammunition. The modularity of the design allows for the quick restoration of combat capabilities by replacing the barrel module with a combat version if necessary. Additionally, the representative version is equipped with a special (reinforced) stock module. Modified elements include:
bayonet: stainless steel blade, polished bayonet release button: shortened to prevent accidental engagement and disengagement of the bayonet during exercises charging handle: single-sided fire mode selector/safety: single-sided magazine release: single-sided.
