MPS

The Modular Semi-Automatic Pistol (MPS) cal. 9 x 19 mm is a personal weapon designed for shooting at short distances (up to approx. 50 m). It works on the principle of short recoil of the barrel with the breech locked by skewing the barrel in the vertical plane. The MPS is a cockless pistol, equipped with a striker-type trigger system with its initial tension (semi DAO), ensuring the safety of using the weapon with a cartridge in the chamber. The pistol is equipped with trigger and firing pin automatic fuses that unlock the weapon immediately before firing as a result of pressing the trigger. It can be used by both right and left-handed shooters by placing the lock stop lever on both sides. The magazine latch can be placed on the right or left side of the grip, depending on the user's preferences. The shape of the bow allows for convenient use with protective gloves, which allows it to be used both in summer and winter.

The high accuracy of the weapon is ensured by fixed metal sights with contrasting sighting points (it is possible to replace them with solutions compatible with the SIG SAUER P320 pistol standard). The MPS belongs to the OPTIC READY group of pistols, thanks to which microcollimators can be mounted on the slide parallel to the mechanical devices in its rear part, increasing the precision and speed of accurate shooting. The low profile of the slide combined with its low weight ensures low recoil and quick repeatability of the weapon returning to the "ZERO" point. Deep grooves in the rear and guiding parts give speed and confidence in reloading the weapon.

The weapon is fed from a 15-round magazine (17-round optional), and the integrated weapon safety systems allow for safe carrying of the round in the chamber, which speeds up the first shot. The modularity of the weapon provides an ergonomic grip that allows it to fit the user's hand through the use of interchangeable overlays in three sizes. A Picatinny rail is integrated in the front of the grip, compatible with MIL Std. 1913, designed to attach a wide range of optoelectronic devices that increase the functionality of the weapon. The grip is not a licensed element and can be changed by use to other color variants or construction solution.
