Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki began the visit with a meeting with employees from the production department, where, among other things, the GROT rifles from the Modular Small Arms System family are manufactured. These rifles have been supplied to the Polish army since 2017, as well as to uniformed services such as the Border Guard, Prison Service, and Forest Guard. He familiarized himself with the latest version of the GROT 762N sniper rifle, powered by 7.62 mm x 51 NATO ammunition, which will soon be included in the equipment of the Polish Armed Forces. The head of the government also inspected the modern machine park, which has been built in recent years as part of the development of production capabilities in response to growing domestic and export orders.
"I would like the Polish army to have effective and modern weapons, but also Polish. Therefore, I am pleased and congratulate the workers and the Board of the Arms Factory. I also congratulate that more and more products are being exported. I heard that it would be possible to export even more weapons, but the Polish army has started ordering more and more products of domestic production,"
- said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki during his visit to the Radom facility, emphasizing the high quality of Radom's constructions.
"The visit of the Prime Minister to the Arms Factory is undoubtedly a great honor, but also a confirmation of the importance of the company in the national defense industry. It reaffirms our belief that we are an important element in strengthening the country's security system, which must function flawlessly and create a foundation with the highest quality equipment,"

The Radom factory is the main producer of weapons for the Polish Armed Forces and services under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. Products from "Łucznik" also reach the civilian market in Poland and abroad. Radom's weapons are also in the inventory of armed forces in countries including Ukraine, the United States, and African nations.
