A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom. He has completed numerous training courses in the areas of commerce, marketing, and management.
He has over 20 years of experience in the defense industry, including international arms trade, as well as expertise in running a business focused on the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products intended for military or police purposes. Additionally, as an active shooter, he possesses practical knowledge of firearms and has actively participated in various stages of activities aimed at the development of manufactured products, from design, coordination, and implementation to analyzing and accounting for implementation, production, sales, marketing, communication, technical, and development plans.
From 2003 to 2012, he managed trade and marketing activities at Zakłady Produkcji Specjalnej sp. z o.o. From 2012 to 2013, he held the position of Head of Sales and Procurement at Bumar Amunicja S.A. Since 2013, he has been employed at Fabryka Broni “Łucznik” – Radom sp. z o.o., where, starting in 2014, he led trade and marketing activities, and from 2020 to 2021, he served as Commercial Director. As of May 5, 2021, he has been a member of the Board of Fabryka Broni "Łucznik" - Radom sp. z o. o., and since June 2024, by resolution of the Supervisory Board, he has held the position of Acting Chairman of the Board.
A graduate of the Faculty of Historical and Social Sciences at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. A manager with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. He has led major IT infrastructure development projects, created and implemented communication strategies for leading companies in the energy and defense industries, co-developed the concept for restructuring the capital group at PGZ S.A., and was also involved in coordinating research and development projects.
From 2005 to 2016, he held managerial positions in various institutions, including the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, the "Memory and Future" Center in Wrocław, and the National Library. In 2016, he took on the role of Deputy Director of the Communication Department at PGNiG S.A. From 2016 to 2021, he served as a manager at Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. In 2022-2023, he was an advisor to the Head of the Chancellery of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, and since 2024, he has been employed as an advisor to the President at the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
